The majority of the time I stick to shooting weddings, but on occasion I will have a family ask me to be their photographer. If I’m lucky, I will get to watch that family grow from their first maternity session, to newborn, to family sessions where we’re all chasing the little one. The Israwis have been one of those families. This past week their youngest turned 1 and they asked me to take some portraits.
Since (again) this is not something I usually do, I wanted to blog them in a different way. All black and white. Sometimes color truly adds to a photo, and other times an entire story can be told without it.
