I am completely falling in love with college senior sessions. High school seniors are so excited to move away from home and start their college life, but with almost-college graduates I get to hear about all of these amazing big plans for their futures. Their real-life, real-world futures, with big moves to new cities and plans like getting married. Its INCREDIBLE to see the look in their eyes as they tell about these plans… and it makes me even more excited for when I graduate this December!
Cara and I spent a windy afternoon together last weekend, along with her sorority “little sister”. One of the first things she told me was that she wasn’t very photogenic, and whenever a client tells me that it becomes my personal mission to prove them wrong. With Cara it wasn’t hard at all, she is so beautiful inside and out. She was so sweet throughout the entire session despite the tiny evil cacti ( yes AGAIN!) and seriously crazy wind. She graduates this May from NAU and hopes to move to San Francisco to work in PR. I can’t wait to see where her dreams take her and am so thankful for the opportunity to meet another amazing senior before she takes on the world!
We started the session by “Old Main,” one of the oldest buildings on NAU’s campus.
We then moved to Thorpe park, a secret little gem near downtown Flagstaff with a lake, walking trails, and pretty sunlight…. and cacti.
Love this next one. Confidence is BEAUTIFUL!
